Dulal Let has been with the Fabricon family since 1985, making him one of the most experienced members. Dulal has witnessed the company’s transition from the steady rhythm of manual work to the buzzing hum of modern machinery and stands as the bridge between tradition and progress, embodying the heart of Fabricon’s evolution.

SK. ABDUL KAMAL

Abdul’s journey with Fabricon began in 2005, when he was a teenager driven by his passion for machines, which ran like a steady current coursing through his veins. Starting off as a CNC operator, he has grown to become an inseparable part of Fabricon, breathing life into Fabricon’s vision and a key partner in transforming Sudipto’s new ventures into reality.

RINKI DAS

Rinki joined Fabricon in 2010 as a junior executive accountant, but her ambition and dedication helped her evolve over the years to eventually become the head of Fabricon’s accounts team. Through years of growth and refinement, she has become the backbone of the company’s financial strength,gracefully balancing numbers as she leads the team confidently towards success.

PAPPU KUMAR

Pappu has been with Fabricon since 2010, initially working in the DG sector as its production supervisor. He’s witnessed all the highs and lows of the genset vertical and now, with his unrelenting hardwork and steady discipline, Pappu leads the dedicated genset assembly plant as the head of production.

-With 19-20 years of experience in the genset field, my journey with Fabricon began in 2010. Everyone here is very helpful and supportive with teamwork etched at the heart of our company. With togetherness and unity Fabricon has given me so much, and I look forward to continuing my journey here.

AMIT GIRI

Amit’s journey with Fabricon began around 2011 as an intern from Ramakrishna Mission College but his innate talent in production and knack for CNC programming quickly set him apart. Rising through the ranks with immense dedication and skill, Amit now steers the heart of operations as Fabricon Unit II’s Head of Production.

-”This right here is my family- Fabricon is my family. I’ve gotten tremendous support from Babun Da and Madam which has motivated me to love my work. So with that motivation, I promise myself to work harder everyday and take Fabricon to even greater heights.”

ASIT SARKAR

Since joining Fabricon in 2011 as a fitter, Asit’s role has grown alongside his expertise. Now at the heart of operations, QC, and dispatch at Unit 3, he ensures a smooth and steady functioning of his field.

BHASKAR KUNDU

Joining Fabricon in 2012 to coordinate with Samsung, Bhaskar’s journey quickly evolved. With a sharp eye for detail and dedication in operations, he now leads Fabricon’s QC and dispatch team, maintaining the flow of excellence in the quality of Fabricon’s products.

RAJA NASKAR

Raja joined Fabricon in 2012 as a fitter and electrician, but his versatility and dedication elevated him to become a key asset in the field of operations and dispatch. He also lends his expertise to the QC team, catalyzing its performance to ensure efficiency in the process.

SAYANTI MAZUMDER

Sayanti has been with Fabricon since 2013, when she initially joined as an MIS. Her hardwork and dedication quickly propelled her up the ranks to become a Project Manager, single handedly carrying the weight of the Samsung East India Project on her shoulders. Her versatility plays a vital role in the efficient execution of projects.

DEBASISH HALDER

Debasish’s journey with Fabricon began in 2013 as an assistant store in-charge. His hard work, relentless thirst for knowledge and urgency to learn has shaped his journey. Now a key figure in Fabricon Unit II Debasish oversees everything from purchase to project execution with honesty and dedication, making him a key asset of the Fabricon family.

CHANDAN GHOSAL

Since Fabricon’s in-house printing first saw the light of the day, Chandan was the one who rose to the challenge. Since day one, he has managed the entire department single-handedly, ensuring every detail runs with precision and purpose.

SANTANU MAL

Santanu joined Fabricon in 2018 as an assistant sales executive in the DG sector, but his sharp wits and dedication soon elevated him to become a project manager. Now, he expertly handles key clients like Vivo, LG, and Xiaomi, driving success with strategic insight and precision.
